Damaged or Defective Items

While all sales are final, we understand the importance of receiving artwork in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at patriciao.studio@gmail.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will assess the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
